I think either that roll pin wore out or worked it it’s way out allowing the shaft to twist which also wore away the tip that locks in the teeth. If you replace the cam chain you should replace the top sprocket as well. I don’t think you can replace the lower one on the crank unless of course you put a new crank in.
Hey Daniel , what do you know about this Rear Brake sticking from the factory design , and Some people are tearing down the caliper 100% remove pistons and removing that + threaded part. So they brake will work like normal brakes do.
@@MrCuervoRacing O well shit. I thought it was an issue on the newer bikes too , I’ve got a 2022. And my sticks bad but maybe it’s just the pedal that’s sticking not the caliper.
It is possible that a 2023 can be the same? Ive heard ticking before towards the left side while riding and goes away at times. I havnt ridden it ina while sonce im out of town, so i can remember if its during throttle or deceleration
great video. never thought to check those teeth, pulling the one on my 08 this weekend to inspect it
Love these videos…very interested to learn more about the Raptor 700’s! Thx! 🍻

Yes. Older 06-12 calipers are pretty bad. The park brake design has issue. U can do that mod. Brake pedal will have more travel first pump
