Just cause he didn't tackle the ball doesn't he didn't do well. He stayed calm and forced him to the outside. That is all a defender needs to do. He put Haaland very off balance, it wasn't Haaland squandering the chance. It is incredibly hard to do when a player of any kind is running at you that fast. That is why he is the best defender in the world.
