We do ours the same! My husband does not like it so I tried doing the homemade and it came out wonderful and the hubby loved it! I just bought another corn beef yesterday to do another batch. So wonderful your passing along your talents to others!
I've never canned corned beef hash really I didn't even know you could lol I've always baught it in the can it looks great after u can it how do u cook it to eat lol I hope u understand what I mean
Yes I do understand and all you will need to do is open it and heat it through cause it is fully cooked. Petty much same as you would prepare store bought...
Do you not put the seasoning pack in the jars? I love the layer method I will be trying that.
I add seasonings in the jars.
Can you grind it up and then can it?
I wouldn't because it may interfere with the heat transfer during processing
I just got my first pressure canner.I'm nervious but excited
You will learn to love it....
I had to do a 2nd batch!! i took a jar to work & once everyone tried a bite, I didn't have much left!!
I have made several batches too. When Miss. Mo was here I gave her three pints to take home to try... It is a wonderful and easy recipe...
@@LittleVillageHomestead can use the normal pressure cooker
Is it only when you fill cans with liquid that you have to debubble them? Sorry for seeming dumb I’m new to canning…
