@@voilaxy4783 i made this comment awhile ago so I don’t really remember what part of the fountain I was trying to explain, I don’t think it’ll make sense unless u go to that part of the video

@@king_tru76Ik this is 2 years old but i checked and got this Stairs: 64+16 Slabs: 45 Walls: 3 Stone brick blocks: 36 Smooth stone: 64+57 (-4 that get replaced with sea lanterns) Sea lanterns: 6 Water buckets: 20 +some temporary blocks Edit- after building, i figured out you need more 16 stairs for the corners of the base. So it turns out to be 64+32 instead of 64+16. Also, I think where you place the corners (inside the base or outside) will effect how much smooth stone you need. I placed mine on ghe outside and needed 64+64+9 (-4 for sea lantern replacements) smooth stone as it ended up being bigger. I would recommend placing the corners inside to use less material
ive been looking for a fountain tutorial for a long time... id like one in the middle of my base lol.. I can surely say this is the best ive seen.. it is not at all complicated.. cheap.. nd looks very amazing
Thank you so much for narrating your steps, so many tutorials skip this but seeing it + hearing what you’re doing makes a world of difference ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
best tutorial ive ever seen, steps are easy to follow, youre slow with the builds to give us time to follow, the video is short but gets right to the point. 10/10, thank you very much
Greetings from the far off future of 2022!! lol I just used this layout for a pair of fountains outside of my house in my current build, Spuds. I remembered this design after watching it a while back and came back for it here. Built mine out of quartz instead of brick though, with glazed terracotta in the base of the fountain. Love the design and the water flow, though. Thanks for sharing it!
I used this tutorial to make a trio of fountains for my aqueduct style garden with the fountains placed in a single row in the middle of the greenhouse and the aqueducts go all the way down to a farm area where they supply fresh water while waste water is flushed out. Its all a bit much since this wouldve been expected in a real life garden but it works well for Minecraft
If youre having trouble building the circle I found it easier to build the graph in the corner first in the ground, and then go over it with the stone stairs
I have no feedback only positive comments. You were so easy to understand and you described each step with care and attention and the final product looked so good 😊
This is gorgeous, well done. I was actually looking for similar content regarding garden planning and this just looks like a right thing for me. Thank you.
This is late, but for anyone that needs this: Its polished andesite stairs and polished andesite slabs. The pattern should go like this \ _ / with the / for stairs and their orientation and the _ as the slab.
@@imperial8951 If you're talking about the lighter gray blocks those are smooth stone. You smelt cobblestone into stone and then smelt it again to get smooth stone. You can then turn it into slabs if you want to save stone.
I think I had a stroke trying to build the circle with stairs, not your fault but it's so hard for me for some reason
Same! That is why I don't like this vid. but I will try others
I know I’m late but it’s because you’re supposed to build it with slabs, it’s just that you have to make 2 layers and make the outside one higher
