Haskap (aka honey berries) have about twice the phenolic compounds as blueberries.
      And compare favorably on vitamins.
Wins on: protein, A, C, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, iron, ..... stopped there.
Only problem is I’ve never seen them in a store. Very cold hardy bushes tho. I’m growing my own.

My list per day at the minimum
    6 eggs
3 tablespoons coconut oil, olive oil, and butter,
4 raw cloves of garlic (smashed and allowed to sit for 10 minutes to increase nutrient concentration),
At least 1/2 cup frozen blueberries,
1 serving of Greek or plain yogurt,
1 bag of spinach (usually steamed (to lower the anti-nutrients) and/or blended into a smoothie it has an nutrient that boost performance,
1 beet (powder and/vegetable) for the nitrates,
As many sunflower seeds as I can eat,
    1 cup of oatmeal blended
    Several bananas
1 kiwi (I know I should probably eat less banana and more kiwi)
    1 dollar store salmon
    Beef sticks

I read that there is a big difference in the Amerikan Blueberry and the European Blueberry, because of the color of the flesh, the American is more white in the flesh and the European is more red, and apparently the antioxidants are in the red color.

I'm Romanian so by definition we're obsessed with garlic. Sorry but it's better than kiwi 😅
Transylvania’s winding, misty roads, castles and medieval fortresses set the stage for some of Europe’s darkest legends, the most famous of which is Count Dracula.
Through practices passed down through generations, garlic is thought to protect people and homes from evil spirits, as well as curing sickness such as colds and coughs. The strigoi are believed to suck the milk from mothers and cows (the inspiration for Stoker’s blood-sucking vampires), which is why Romanian peasants have long protected their livestock by smearing their horns with garlic.
But beyond folklore, garlic is a must on every Romanian’s plate.

Hmmm, apparently i've been having half of these 'super foods' for 2+ years now.
Garlic is a staple in my meals.
On or mixed with eggs, rice, potatoes, salad .
Blueberries with Oatmeal all the time. And with plain greek yogurt. Frozen or fresh. Whatever i can grab at the time.
Kiwis, love em. Will get if they're in season/available.
Leafy greens, this is DAILY. (spinach, mixed green/butter lettuce, water cress, dandelion greens, etc. )
As for the muscles - I love all sea food. Not one gets more attention than the other.
If it's in a mixed type of meal ; awesome . But not something I remember to go out of my way for :)
