@plutoniumdust You should be able to see some more of the improvements in the next couple of videos that we put out. The game camera improvements make a big difference to how the game plays and we have made lots of smaller improvements after seriously taking on board the feedback from Worms 3D and Worms 4. The end result is not "little effort". :)

And now that I know that you're going to re-release both games in one HD remake, I'm practically over the moon! I'm also excited about the concept of online 3D Worm battles too! "When obtained, approximately 80% of all damage gets blocked, so if your worm has been shot with a Bazooka doing 50 damage, around 10 damage will be inflicted upon the worm instead. The worm will also become heavier and will travel a shorter distance when hit by weapons such as the Baseball Bat or Holy Hand Grenade". Fucking ridiculous! The worm is practically unkillable with this shit!

I know the 3D Worms games don't have a very good reputation, but I played Worms 3D and Mayhem, and I liked them. Yeah, Armageddon is the definitive Worms game, but Mayhem and 3D were also pretty good. I can't wait for this to release.

During the PS2 era I got into worms near the end of its life cycle, and my PS2 died weeks after getting Worms Mayhem. Ever since I've been waiting for a announcement like this. Worms, to this day is one of the most unique and compelling games I've played. In depth strategy with crazy weapons, comedic influences and unique soldiers. Worms really lol. I'm really looking forward to this.
