I believe if you use the "multidata: 'YES'" option when declaring the hash object, it's possible. See the SAS documentation or search SAS communities for examples of the multidata option and non-unique keys and pairs.

With hash object here we are searching just one observation , is possible to do merge for multiple observations for matching records?
