Proved Lighting Is an Part Of RTX. It Counts As RTX.

But it dosen't use RTX.
It's even released in 2014!
These techniques aren't really raytracing as long as it gets 60 FPS on a modern, non RTX gpu (GTX 980 Ti as an example)
