甜品開箱～士多啤梨瑞士卷⋯超美味 Strawberry Swiss Roll Cake

今日推介俾大家甜品開箱～早兩日我老友一家到士多啤梨園摘咗士多啤梨，之後有個主意將士多啤梨製作成「士多啤梨瑞士卷」，一個鍾意食甜品嘅我，當然第一時間舉手認購咗一個先啦！ 所以今早嘅早餐及午餐係「士多啤梨瑞士卷」，我第一口食落去嘅時候感覺到好～香滑鬆軟，而甜度適中，我呢個老友除咗鍾意入廚，佢識得煮中菜、中式嘅小吃，例如：鹹水角、煎堆、蛋撻、甜品及生日蛋糕⋯等等。

Today I want to introduce a dessert unboxing for everyone~. A few days ago, my best friend's family went to a strawberry farm to pick some fresh strawberries. Afterwards, she had the idea to make a "strawberry Swiss roll cake". As someone who really enjoys desserts, of course I was the first to order one! So for my brunch today, it was the "strawberry Swiss roll". When I took the first bite, I felt it was so~ creamy, fluffy, and the sweetness was just right.
This best friend of mine not only loves to cook, but he also knows how to make Chinese dishes and Chinese snacks, like , deep-fried dimplings with pork filling, chinese sesame balls, egg tarts, desserts, and birthday cakes...etc.
