Just commenting on the terrific job you guys do at presenting a game. Your instructions and playthroughs are clear and loads of fun. I love the way you focus on communicating the rules and explaining what you are doing and why - AND the whoopsies. Keep up the great content!
Thank you for the fun playthrough, looks like an interesting mashup of some mechanisms from Wingspan and Race for the Galaxy/Ares expedition with it's own new twists of course. Looks like a fun game, and your teach and gameplay was fun and informative as ever.
I ordered the deluxe version of this game as a birthday present to myself. It's supposed to be delivered today or tomorrow, so really looking forward to receiving this game and playing it really soon! I was really excited to see you two post a playthrough, too! I love watching your videos!
thank you! your play through vids are among the most helpful! I kept hoping for one on this before I backed but I got it anyway. I do like it but now I see where I got the use of robot cards wrong so thank you again.
We just unboxed this game recently, we love watching you two teach and play. Thanks for being the pioneer's of many of the new games you have saved us hours of reading rules.
Thanks as always for the playthrough and teach! I watched this to prep to play our copy today and/or tomorrow (end of the year or beginning of the next year!). As an FYI, I believe "brinner" is what people call "breakfast for dinner". For those of us who think breakfast food is the most delicious, sometimes we just eat it for other meals!
Thank you!! We unfortunately didn’t play it with the pets expansion 🐶🐱. I believe the cards allow you to activate other robots in your play area based on where you deployed the pet in your engines.
I cannot wait to get this game to the table. It's adorable and looks super fun! Question for you two! How many times to you typically play a game before you film a Teach & Playthrough? Do you have to reshoot sometimes? Thanks!
Hi! Great question, it really depends on the game. If it's something more strategic we may have to play it a couple of times before doing the final playthrough, but if it's something simpler, maybe less. If we make egregious rules errors that changes the way the game is played, then we will definitely reshoot. Thankfully that has only happened maybe twice in the past. Thank you!
got it super early and had a game last week. We should have used the inventors, but everyone saw the icons and we decided maybe we should wait since it already seemed like a lot to take it. In hindsight we could have added them no issue. Tight to get everything we wanted done, but still a good time. A fun puzzle for sure.
Hey guys, first time comment here, would really love a teach & playthrough of - Sea of Thieves: Voyage of Legends Board Game! The game looks super interesting however there isn't much out there on the game, and would really love to hear your take on it!
Awesome teach and play through. You really make it clear, entertaining, and informative. I'm surprised a game with so much crunchy decision space and tactical play has artwork that leans so hard into the cutesy/little kid aesthetic. It's adorable, but kinda' misleading.

Thank you soooo much! Really means so much to us to hear that 😄
Lol i can't believe you guys wore the same outfits in post. Pretty hilarious way to maintain continuity 😂
Haha, we just had to!
I just received my copy of the game today, so this is a very timely video for me. Thank you!
Hope you enjoy it!
I got my Kickstarter about 3 weeks ago. Can't wait to play. Your teaches ALWAYS help! Thank you!
Awww that’s awesome! Glad we could help! Enjoy

Played twice and it's fantastic. The expansion inventors don't need the expansion robots either so you can try them all out without worry

Great Video! Thanks!
Thank you!
I like the artwork on the inventors and robots :)
You guys are fun to watch. Thanks!
Thank you so much!!

I had my first playthrough yesterday.
A lot tighter than I thought it would be.
Oh nice! Which inventor did you play as?
@@BeforeYouPlay I played a solo multi and grabbed Ada and Catherine.
Ada's extra energy every turn was huge for one of my grades
Wow it's like Gizmos meets RFTG
I don't play too many new games a year but for me this is top 3. Voidfall, La Famiglia, and Raising Robots.
Awesome! Glad that you've been enjoying it :-)
I have this one unwrapped on my shelf. I know what I’ll be watching during the next few days 🤩
GG and what a finish... (And nice haircut, Future Naveen!) Game looks fun. I really like the art.
With a tie with that many different ways to score points?! Great game you two!! This looks fun.
This was fun! Thanks you wonderful duo!
Curious to know if the Ex. just adds more of the same or depth in addition to more?

At 1:14:45ish, you should have also taken 1 battery along with the two robot cards. You can never have too much power!
Merci pour la video de ce jeu qui a l'air incroyable. J'espère une localisation en francais un jour 🤞

I wanted to like this game but holy cow so many steps and resources and cards lol

Klingon subtitles don't seem to appear as an option any more...
I also made my life harder playing this game forgetting cards are a ressource. Need to play it again.
I'm just imagining all these robots held together by ducktape 😂😂😂
No backsies!😂 great tutorial tho. Thank you!
1:09:42 Monique spends 3 batteries for a point in recycle phase, then takes 2 batteries instead of a second point....like what?
Yeah, spending those batteries was such a bad move on my part lol. So much regret
Nah them three points at the end changed it, if Naveen would've won I would've been so mad 😂😂 How you gonna change things during actual scoring?
