Bike parking ka jagah thoda bada hota jisme 2 bike park ho jae and stair case ghar ke bhitar hota to best hota.
Dipanshu ji gajab ki planning late ho itna idaya late kha se ho. bahut badiya or km jagha me speshliy planing krte ho lajawab 👌

Amazing design and I like all your designs, amazing work @Deepanshu. Let me know how can we get quote for any new design request or if you have any design with size of 28X28 feet with west and south roadside please share , It will be great help but in that design I want separate the drawing room with kitchen and bedroom in ground floor so that if outsider is coming at home can't be able to see my family inside the home either they are cooking etc. Also should be there a car parking at least size of 13 by 8 feet. Please share your input thank you

Ground floor whole hall/Parking area going 4 ft downwards from road.
Staircase from back side.
First floor shop with front stairs.
On second floor and above. 3 bhk. At least two rooms should be larger. Two rooms with attach bathroom. 1 kitchen with dining area, pooja area, Drawing room. With decent interior.

I liked this design but in first floor common bath room is there but one attached bathroom must be there then it was good design

a question if its 2500 sq.ft and per sq.ft is 900 rs the total is 22 lakhs so is it for only ground floor or all the floors like if i increase the floor will the per sq.ft method be same or sq ft will increase
