Smoked Pulled Pork

On that day, I was cooking for my neighborhood ❤️ We have a beautiful tradition of meeting up and making street BBQ, so every year, I'm trying to make something new on this occasion💪.

Ingredients:
Pork Shoulder - 4.5kg
Salt - 4 teaspoons(for me, could be 5😉)
Brown Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Black Pepper Corns - 1 tablespoon
Allspice Berries - 15
Rosemary
Bay Leaves - 4
Apple Vinegar - 100ml
Water - around 1.5l
Onions - 1 big one
Garlic - 2 bulbs
Mustard
Pigasus Bacon Honey Jalapeño Rub
Apple Juice
Orange Juice
Used Cherry wood and Oak wood for smoking
