one of the things I love about seventeen in year end shows is that they never repeat a performance or arrangement of a song. they also not only perform their title tracks, they also perform and even rearrange their bsides. none of these songs is a Korean title track. kidult and fearless are both bsides from the henggarae album while Fallin Flower is originally a Japanese track. seventeen year end performances are always some things to look forward to.

When i watched this live, i wasn't expecting they'll perform kidult and i was woahhhh specially the bridge part of the song. Seventeen never failed to give us amazing performances
Kidult is like one of their best songs and very vocally challenging I was surprised that they chose to perform it. I remember fallin flower being your first svt reaction and basically how I found this channel lol (and very thankful of it because I love your reactions and explanations!!), and fearless!! God I cant believe we got another stage of fearless, the song choice was really smart it shows how great they're in performing, this whole performance is definitely one of my favorites.
So about the first song, S.coups is the main songwriter and he wanted to challenge their 2 main vocalists, DK and Seungkwan, and really showcase thier vocals that's why the song was centered between the 2. He said this in their Heng:garæ commentary video. What' better with Kidult is the meaning, especially how S.coups wrote it during his hiatus.
