I thought core work shouldnt be interspersed with complex lower body movements because you are creating fatigue in the core, which then limits your work on the main complex mvmnts and increases systemic fatigue before the mainlift is finished.
core musculature are type 1- they recover fast. If you're going for a 1rm lift, just do a CC. Otherwise it's no biggier
Can you explain why you are doing this like a circuit? No one trains this way? Im not sure if im not understanding correctly so if you could explain why it would be great thanks
That's how we train all of our clients and our certification. More efficient, the clients love it and superior results.
We have programming calls every wednesday 12pm with an Equinox Tier 3+ trainer and Lifetime Trainers as they prefer this method
Yes, but you’re tiring out your CNS by doing the likes of push ups and abs instead of just doing compound legs, then moving a different part, it doesn’t really make sense… if it works for you and your clients then more power to you, I just personally wouldn’t train myself or any my clients this way but good luck to you all
