Creeper across the street stole boots and lounge chair cushion from homes

I caught a creeper at the homes across the street from me. The last daylight part it is unknown whether this is the same person seen in the first part but seemed plausible. The person was in in the first part of the video was apprehended by police about 2 miles away at 10 am. that next morning with items he took from the homes in the video.
Edited to 8/16x speed where in the creeper was moving around in many parts except first and last minute or two, as this took place from 2:36 am. to almost 8:17 am.
