Ruffled layer skirt is the new fashion these days, be it with crop top, or a casual shirt, every celebrity is wearing these on some or the other occasion,
And since few of you guys asked me for it, I created this for you although I wanted to go with satin fabric. At first but ended up buying cotton silk which I regret so I would suggest you guys to go with satin or crepe for this project.
Since its festive season going on, you can create this with your old saree as well , but won’t be able to create with so many layers. An for inner piece you will need to take lining fabric of the same colour of your saree.
So with these easy steps create your own ruffled layer long skirt using an old saree or any raw fabric and enjoy styling these with crop tops, or casual shirt.
This Diy is super simple and only requires few steps which you will see:)

Karishma Awatramani yes you can but for the inside piece you have to use lining fabric and for the ruffles you can use the saree
