I really wish the story for the last few season was more clear because I really got turned off from trying to follow the story around C2 S6 because it felt very out of nowhere and a little boring. I'm glad its starting to go back to its roots again!

One thing I noticed about Kevin- he appeared after it showed our memory of his destruction. Also, just had this thought- if the aliens are called the Last Reality, perhaps their reality was destroyed and they are trying to rebuild it with Kevin's power.

Honestly I am 90% sure the Singularity met The Last Reality in some way, shape, or form. My big reason for this is one of the features of the Kymera Skin. There is a black variant of the armor that was dubbed "Singularity." Combine that fact with the two facts that Singularity had a major amount of black in her original color palette, as well as the fact that this particular color is high in value, signifying some sort of importance. That's my little hypothesis, on who knows, maybe the Singularity is the leader of the Last Reality. That would be a neat theory. Also one more thing I'd like to point out that might be a pure coincidence is that the Kymera armor has color similar to Singularity's variants. Both have Pink, Blue, Green, Red, and even Black as colors, with yellow and white being a bit of an outlier. Just wanted to point that out.

And after finding out the Zero Point was missing too, she gets the help of The Last Reality to search across all realities and find the one thing she swore to keep from danger? The Seven could also have something to do with that, as they destroyed the Spire trying to get the Zero Point when they probably could've unpeeled that stone stuff it was being held by. Maybe Singularity was trying to free the Foundation in the process.

There is one more small detail you have miss. Every time you jump and spin in the event, those animation are referenced to Crash Bandicoot. The spin and jump animation are identical, even the sound effect!
