You can actually survive it but u gonna be very low:(btw i got this glitch from cimol) and basically you use flowing water on a low player/dummy and in the punches of flowing water the death blow gets you and and then the garou heal saves you(im pretty sure you have to be full health for this glitch to work) but ya fun fact
