Dynatag has been clutch for me. Especially when both players have very low LP. I still remember that zombie vs hero duel that one day. Dynatag for the win.
Finally a pure destiny hero deck. I do not mind generic hero support but most deck are 6 destiny heroes and half the deck generic hero support. I would have added some plasma support but i know you wanted to use destiny end dragoon instead.
Yeah, it is not even that good enough to deserve a band. Draw 2 cards If your hand is empty on the turn after it is sent to the grave yard, it is very slow, and people who want to put DPE in every deck will do it regardless sense predaplant verte anaconda is still playable. Personally, I prefer Denier and Malicious for my Fusion Destiny plays, way better and pops off immediately and you can do it in Duel Masters.
