Loved this episode. Appreciate you having me on sir.
What this man is saying is true!!!! Jason, I just washed 2 homes over THIS WEEKEND! You might not think it's a big deal, right??? But when I did this in michigan..... in 33 degree weather!!! It's very possible! January 7th is when I cleaned 2 homes. Check the weather in detroit MI on the 7th... so moral of the story is, the weather shouldn't stop you from making money... only YOU CAN stop yourself from making money!
You’re in Michigan too! I’m hoping to get started this spring! I’ve been following Jason since this past July.
That's awesome Timothy
Well done young man, I achieved this myself, Dam hard word and total commitment
I’m a Uk, solo washer, at 56 years old lol
Well done dude 🎉
Never too young or too old to get started
What kind of yard signs did he use? what layout did he use and where does he place them??
I’ve been doing 100 yard signs every month but I’ve noticed a drastic fall off, should I continue with this approach or try to expand to different areas by placing my signs there? I’ve currently been placing my signs targeting this certain market but lately I’ve noticed they get pulled a lot more than usual
I'm fairly new to the channel. Do Jason still do pressure washing or do es he just youtube videos and sell information.
What are your thoughts on starting out with an electric pressure washer if that’s all your able to get ahold to and 60 dollar surface cleaner
It will take you longer than with a higher GPm machine but it's doable. I had the same intentions BUT I thought I had to use the customers water AND their electricity. It deterred me from electric so I returned it and bought a gas one
Whats the name of his company?
What type and do I need insurance to start pressure washing?
general liability
👌🏾
As of now it’s saying chat gpt cost money
It's still free
100k sounds cool, but what’s your net profit after expenses and taxes? Asking in good faith.
That’s what nobody ever talks about in this business. 100k gross in a small business is not much money at all The guys screaming how you can make 100k a year pressure washing are all selling you something bud And yes Iv done this many years I can tell you all about it difference is I ain’t selling you nothing
@@kylecrisman9230 from the research I’ve been able to do. I’ve found that a 20 to 30 percent profit margin is doable.
@@TerryJohnson757 so let’s say you do everything perfect and you make 40 percent profit. On 100k you only make 40k a year. Not trying to discourage you I just get a little aggravated on everyone selling you something throwing a big number that really doesn’t madder. I see rigs for sale everyday and most the time for most people you won’t even see any profit until year 3 It’s just the way it is
That's a great question. That depends on the lot of how you run your business.
@@TerryJohnson757 I can't fathom how a single person pressure washer would only make 20-30% profit margin. You use the customers water. You buy everything you need, say $500-$3,000. All expenses should be 20-30% worst case scenario. Profit margin should be 70-80%
I tell them hell no I'm not the cheapest and you get what you pay for.
