I love your passion for the adventure and the hunt. However, living in NM I don’t think there should be any tag issued to an out of state until all instate applicants have been awarded tags.
Especially, professional and or privileged hunters. Hate on me if you want, but I’m right, reference your video. The absolute majority of New Mexicans don’t film their hunts for views and or compensation.

Steve what a great hunt. I wanted to comment on the last portion of your video. I lived, taught, and coached track in Junction City for 33 years. I hunted in the Sea Lion Caves area on public land until it got too steep for me. I was attracted to your channel after my son-in-law told me that he watched some video of guys that hunt like I do.
More to the point. I appreciate you including the volleyball segment in your video. We need more parents like you and your wife that support their kids in their activities. Bravo and congrats to your older daughter as well.

I just met Trent, Cody, and Hollywood at the Utah Hunt Expo. The Born and Raised Family are amazing. My son is handicap ♿️ and Trent was awesome talking to him, making him feel special. My son knows the show as I watch all the time. Trent gave him an awesome hat, too. Excellent hunt, Steve! 👏🏻 That was a sweet full frontal shot. Impressive!!! I shot a cow elk out of a treestand at 70 yards full frontal. 😳 The blood trail was absolutely nasty. She didn't go near as far but just as devastating. I shoot a 95-pound Mathews Triax with a 520 grain arrow. 100 grain Rage Extreme right in the jugular. It's done with the correct equipment, adequate practice, and enough patience. Excellent calling Ben, that makes all the difference. A good caller to swing the bull right into the shooting lane. If Steve was calling, that bull would have had him pegged, and that wouldn't have happened. Keep up the good work! Thank you for sharing the VB game with the kids. Good things happen to good people. Amen.....
