Hello! I prefer Pagss than A Lounge when it comes to food and facilities. But both are good when it comes customer service. 😊
You need to book this lounge if you're flying out, have a long wait time for your flight, and if you a smoker. It's the only facility in the entire airport where u can smoke.
Hello! Thanks for the comment. I’ve never experienced to book the lounge in advanced. Maybe because of the time that makes the lounge busy hence you need to book ahead? Not sure but would glady to hear your experience too.. 😊

Hello po! May bayad po yung entrance. Pero kung may credit card po kayo n affiliated sa lounge, libre lang po ang entrance. At pag nasaloob n po kayo, libre na po lahat. 🙂
may extra fee po ba yung mga alcoholic bevs and yung mga soda in can?
Hello po! Wala na pong extra fee and mga beverages and sodas. You can drink and eat as much as you want. Enjoy your stay in the lounge. 👍🏼Cheers! 🥂

Is Cebu Pacific flight arrive at Terminal 3? If so, is the Lounge located on upper level?
Do you have shuttles to terminal 2 (PAL Terminal)?
Hello Herns! Depends on where is she coming from. Most of CebPac arrival/deparute is in T3. Do note that Lounge can be accessed only in T3 International Departure Area. Lounge is locatesd one level up from Gates. For shuttles, yes there are shuttles provided that you have a connecting flight.

Hello Belinda! Usually depende sa age ng 2kids. But for your hubby, that will depend sa ccard mo kung pwede ka magdala ng guest.
Globe platinum includes 1 guest din ba?
Hello po! I’m not a globe user pero nang mag check ako sa site nila, parang yung main cardholder lang po ata ang free entrance then yung guest is with a fee. 😊
Ano po ang card pwede pumasok dito?
Hello po! Kung credit card po ang gamit nyo, usually yung mga Premium Credit card like BPI Visa Signature, Citi Premiermoles, Citi Platinum, UB Gold Visa, etc. Pede rin po ang Priority Pass, Lounge Key, etc. Kung wala g card, pede naman po walk-in guest for a fee of 25usd. Hope this helps po. Salamat po. 😊

Hi.. can we access PAGGS lounge even if the flight is only domestic?
Hello Joan! Yes, you can access the lounge for domestic flights departing from Terminal 3. However, I’ve seen in some videos that it’s just a small one not as spacious as the one above.

Hello Abigail! After po sya ng Immigration Office at security. Pag lagpas po ng security, turn right po kung saan nakikita nyo po ang border ng international at local departure. May makikita po kayong hall at elevator going to the lounges. I hope this helps po. 😊 Enjoy the lounge po. 🥂

Hello Eric, currently, the schedule of Pagss is open from 0400hrs till 2100hrs everyday. But suggest to check regularly on their website. 🙂

Hello po! Usually 25usd or its equivalent po sa peso. 3hrs of stay po pero madalas wala naman pong maninita kung mag stay kayo ng 4hrs.. 😊

@@labonitahairstyle Hello po! I never tried it pero parang hindi po yata pwede yun since magka ibang terminal. Pero still you can try po provided na (1) Upon arrival from international country in T3, dun ka dadaan sa Transit at hindi ka lalabas ng security. Bale deretso ka ng transit then labas mo sa international gates din. (2) Wala kang check-in luggage, otherwise maiiwan sa baggage carousel unless and baggage claim mo ay sa final destination mo na makukuha, then it is fine kasi si airline na magtratransfer nun. (3). Enough transit time to travel from T3 to other terminal.
Question po: Same airline at same booking din po ba ang pagtransit nyo sa T3? San po and next Terminal nyo after T3?
@@roamwithjerome Thanks for the info po. My int'l flight stops at T3 so I'l be carrying my whole luggage to the transit if thats possibele. I guess meron namn po cla storage then I'l be exiting for int'l gate I think. Not same airline po and next will be on Terminal 2 for domestic flight
Ah okay. Kung wala kang kukunin n baggage sa carousel, walang re-entry sa Terminal, so i guess possible yun dahil dadaan ka lang sa transit kasama yung handcarry mo n bagahe. Pero kung may baggage ka na kukunin sa carousel, lalabas ka ng security nun at immigration officer ulit dahil papasok k n ng Pinas. Tendency re-entry sa T3 which is I don’t think possible makakapasok ka ulit dahil dadaan ka ulit ng immigration which is hahanapan ka ulit ng international n boarding pass.
Can i pay to go in or do i need to be a member?

Do they announce boarding updates inside the lounge?

@@roamwithjerome One time i missed my flight had no clue they were boarding early, and my name was being announced multiple times. It was my fault cause i was using airpods 😂 wish they would like send a text notif on your phone, i would not mind paying extra if they offered that feature.

Well, overall, I would say yes if you are going to maximise the use of the lounge like the buffet food, drinks, shower room and 3hrs stay of stay. 😉
Which do you prefer Pagss or Marhaba?
Hello! I prefer Pagss than Marhaba. Maybe because during that time, Pagss is in full operation while marhaba is still in soft re-opening due to covid. Pagss that time is already in full service, hence more options and available food. 😊

Hello Vijay! Not sure exactly on how does your credit card tied up with the lounge access. If it is connected to Priority Pass or Lounge Key, you should be able to access the lounge for free. Please share your exprience once you visit the lounge. 😉

@@crc4854 yes, you have to present your card in the lounge. They will check if it's complementary or not.
If it's complementary they will allow you, if not they will ask you to pay 1500 php.

Hello Coleen! Around 25USD or approx 1,250PHP. But if you have Priority Pass or Dragon Pass membership, it’s for free and you can bring one guest.
If may Priority Pass for free na pati yung guest free na din?
Hello Neo! Depende po sa status ng priority pass n hawak. Kung ang PP card nyo po was issued by credit card, mostly free of charge po sya. Pero kung ang PP was purchased directly from PP website, normally si card holder po ang ma-chacharge. Hope this clarifies. 😉

Hello po! Checking the website ng BDO, kung BDO Visa Platinum, may charged sya n 25usd per visit u less meron kang minimum spend na 50k php.

Hello po! Depende po sa membership type. Kung Priority Pass, depende po sa type ng membership nyo. Meron pong libre na lahat or pwede rin naman pong walk-in tapos deretso n magbayad sa Lounge. 😉

Yes po! Kung may American Express Platinum or Business Platinum, matic po yun na may free access ka and you can bring your guest. Pero syempre, need mo rin ask si Amex para malaman mo ang PP number mo. Digital card usually, accepted ng mga lounges. Kahit di na yung mismong physical card.
Sya nga po pala, kung may Amex Platinum po kaya, di lang po ang PP lounges ang pwede nyong ma-access. Pede rin po ang Plaza Premium Lounges at Centurion Lounges. Hope you maximise and enjoy the benefits of your card po. 😉
Pero rin po kaya mag lounge hopping gaya po ng ginagawa ko. 😅 Nung nasa MNL ako, 2 lounges ang na-access ko. Pagss at Marhaba. Sayang yung isang lounge sarado pa kasi dahil sa pandemic. pero not sure kung bukas n sya ngayon.

Hello @cathylesperance! Yes, this is only accessible for international flights. I’ve seen video that they do have in domestic flights only in T3 but a very small lounge. Never tried it but hopefully soon, I can visit the domestic lounge in T3.
