I am currently binge watching the content on this channel and every sermon just keeps getting better! I am 60 and in all of my life I have never heard a man of God boldly preach the truth with as much depth and clarity as Mark Driscoll. He comes into each sermon prepared with relevant content that connects the Bible to human history, politics, psychology, the natural world and the spiritual realm. You will find no other more prepared teacher of the word. When Billy Graham died I felt a positive force leave our world and I grieved for America and all of humanity. It is no coincidence that Mark Driscoll is preaching the truth powerfully and faithfully now where he can reach so many with the promise of God’s love. God will say to him someday…”Well done, my good and faithful servant!”
It blows my mind that some people think they can be greater than God. Uhm hello your gonna die. Do you want to reign for 70 years, or would you like to live with your heavenly father forever and ever. That's a really easy one to answer.
He's wrong about cryptocurrencies. Like, just literally technically wrong. The point of bitcoin was that it wasn't centralized. It literally cannot be controlled by one person or entity. It is physically impossible, and if some entity were able to acquire the computing power to control it (which is a price tag so high no entity on earth could control it without going bankrupt), then the system would collapse in on itself making it worthless. So there is no incentive to control it unless you want to collapse the system, while also bringing down whatever company or government you control.
@@emilybarnes473 no. That is incorrect. It is physically impossible for bitcoin to be centrally controlled. I'm sorry but most people have absolutely no idea how bitcoin works from a technical standpoint. I do. It does not function like he and you are describing.
@@emilybarnes473 The entire reason and appeal of crypto is that it is de-centralized. This might allow for the currency to be used globally due to the fact that no single government can control its value, giving it universal value, but it isn't designed to be a global currency. So in a way, because it isn't controlled by any one entity or government, it could allow us to be more united globally, but there is a serious something that will definitely get in the way of that reality. Governments hate crypto because they can't control it, and it competes with their national currencies. Globalists would rather control all the people on earth, and it's harder for them to do that if they can't control the currency people use. If we did have a world government though, they might have enough power to control it, but at that point it essentially becomes a normal currency again.
You’re wrong. Individuals can buy Bitcoin. But so can institutions. There’s nothing stopping JP Morgan Chase or the World Bank or IMF from purchasing and manipulating Bitcoin like they do the stock market.
How can you think the bible says anything about globalism when it was not know that the world is indeed a sphere at that time. What a rediculous apologetic attempt to justify the myth.

Nothing! The writers of Genesis had no idea that the earth is a globe.
They used the word land

That might be what the point was, but that's not what it IS. I wish it could be, but nah

@@Jakoon11 Sorry the pastor isn't a crypto expert, but also, listen to the exact quote. The original comment misrepresents what he said.
