Guys I think I’m starting to feel burnt out…According to Lazarus and Folkman’s transactional model of stress and coping I deem university as stressful and a challenge so I need some coping strategies and resources to resolve this conflict otherwise I will feel STRESS. I HAD PLACEMENTS SO I DIDN’T EVEN REALISE I HAVE AN ASSIGNMENT DUE THIS FRIDAY AHHHHH It’s now Monday (the day of posting) and I am EXHAUSTED for some unknown reason… I am so busy and for what 😤😤😤 I really need more sleep…
