This video is for grief and loss healing.
Affirmations are short, powerful statements. They are aimed to affect the conscious and the subconscious mind and, as a result influence our behaviors, thinking patterns, habits, and reactions. The words contained in affirmations are carefully constructed to have a strong impact. They work because they have the ability to reprogram your mind into accessing and believing the repeated statements and concepts. Speaking, listening to or thinking affirmations can influence your subconscious mind to access new beliefs. They also can transform your inner state on a profound level assisting you to create the reality you desire.

I have lost my mother, father, sister, brother, 2 nieces, my uncle, grandmother's and grandfather's, my best friend from highschool and now I am losing my husband to pancreatic cancer. My entire life has been filled with grief 💖🙏 thank you for this video
I lost my husband very suddenly 10 weeks ago and found this a few days after and have listened everyday and especially when i wake during the night it has been so much helpful and gives me great hope thank you 🙏
