elinasaramaria This is just a DAY of their diet. You do not see what they eat every single day. And also Atticus is a picky eater and it can be hard for him to try new foods. It’s better for him to be eating 3 meals and a snack in a day than nothing. I, myself was a picky eater as a child who ate nothing but chicken nuggets and chips and i’m perfectly healthy. :)
Yeah I disliked the video because the kids Diet is atrocious. Only a couple tomatoes for a whole day when it comes to vegetables? Wtf. He's not gonna be taught how to enjoy all foods at this rate. Hopefully this is just a random bad day and they actually give him broccoli, cauliflower, egg, avocado, etc. normally.
He's a picky eater because he was brought up that way from being a baby. Let's be honest
