Finally seeing some recognition for Karthus mid, the old school way (also my OTP). You're playing him extremely well here, although I prefer ignite for the early game rather than exhaust. I've gotta say though, a good Fizz is by far one of the hardest matchups for Karthus except for maybe ZIggs who would be worth dodging games for if it weren't for the fact that you're Karthus so you can just switch lanes... But this guy was extremely passive, basically like a bot.

Just poke with Q through minions whenever comet is up. When you get voltaic poke with Q to proc the dmg.

Dont have time to watch the video just yet, but question: Does first strike even work with the ult? Wouldnt every hit happen simultaneously and THEN first strike would trigger?
First strike bonus damage and gold gain apply to the initial hit as well as a few seconds after.

You want Archangel's first, because Cass is so mana hungry.
Gauntlet might work, because with E you'll proc it often.
Heartsteel will easily proc because you're ranged and fast. For the same reason Rylai's will be excellent for kiting, just like bruiser Ashe.
Spirit Visage synergizes with your E healing and Seraph's shielding.

I started the game with tear and two potions and got fed off an inting Yone. The kid keep diving me so I threw the wall behind him and Q’d him to death while he ate turret shots, then I ignited his culo when he used E2, instant death.
With the global ult I was smoking everybody. I had about 13 kills and 0 deaths before the other team ff’d.
