I believe its possible to bolt the 6" bed to the 4 door cab. Any chance that combo would line up with the 324 or 336 wb? Would be awesome to have a 4 door long bed.
Yes, you can bolt the longer 2 door bed to the 4 door cab. That will extend the wheelbase by about 35mm. The mojave 4 door is advertised as 313mm, but its a little bit longer than that in reality. So you are looking at a wheelbase that will be a little bit longer than 348mm. This can be reached with custom rear links and an extended drive shaft. I have seen it done, so I know its's possible🤣
All the Trx4 are basically the same, doesn’t matter which body came on it. Main difference is wheelbase, which is easy to change to 12.3 with Traxxas rear links. I have another video on here dedicated to wheelbase.
The 12.8 wheelbase is a little too long, you would want to shorten it a little. Maybe with some revo short rod ends for example. Other than that it’s basically the same thing, in fact all TRX4s are basically the same besides wheelbase and ride height.
Nope nope and nope. Cantilever all the way. And use shrink rc mounts to mount it. Then get yourself a killer body trx4 battery try. Lowers the battery to fit hard body pickups also allows you to use interiors

@@shrinkrc so it's actually pretty close to the 10.3 gladiator wb then. Very interesting...
So with the TRX4 Sport swapping a hard body onto it might be a little bit easier since it doesn’t have all the extra servos?
That’s correct you won’t need to make clearance for the extra servos.
Will it fit a bronco 79? Anything alse needed to fit it besides this body mount?

@@shrinkrc thanks man. I am thinking of getting one of your sexy hard bodies 😁
Is this a trx4 sport chassis?
It’s the full kit with all the servos!
Would this body fit better on a trx4 2021 bronco chasis?

@@shrinkrc so sport world be best option? What about for the 2 door tf2 body? What rig would it fit better? I have a scx10iii and a trx4 sport
@@RCrawlerhub I don't have anything for 10.3, so there's that. Sport is a great option, and the Mojave 4 door is the easiest body to put on it.

🤣Well ok, as long as you use ShrinkRC mounts! I will need to look up the killer body battery tray, I haven't see it.👋
