Something more abstract? It literally looks like someone took a photo with their phone thinking "i want a something vacant, that'll do" and in terms of photography composition it's all over the place, hence making it not very pleasing to the eye
If you looked into where that picture came from you would understand the true meaning behind it other than "they just took a picture and used it as a album art"
