Hey Damian, just wanted to say thank's for the Mazda related content. You do an outstanding job of explaining without over complication or lack of detail.
I used the CRC cleaner for cleaning of the intake valves, it required someone to help me out by pushing on the throttle to keep the rpm in the proper range. On the first drive, I had a huge plume of black smoke out of the exhaust as I accelerated on the highway followed by the check engine light returning. I brought an obd2 reader with me and reset the code after which the car ran perfectly. My car didn’t experience any problems after the cleaning, but I suppose results may vary?
Saludos cordiales, es que con el Torquimetro, NUNCA se usa para aflojar, porque le dañas la Calibración, solamente se usa en esa posición, cuando hay rosca contraria en aprietes.👍
El Torquimetro NUNCA se usa para aflojar, solamente se usa en apriete (en torque). En esa posición de "aflojar", es para apretar (dar torque) a roscas contrarias, son menos, pero las hay. Saludos.

Is the cylinders 1 to 4 from left to right?

I have a misfire at 1200rpm 2nd gear. Never tried crc cleaner..is it safe??
How did you clean the intake valves with the CRC? My 2017 Mazda 3 has a cylinder 3 misfire.

Power drill those bolts off after loosening them much faster
My plugs at 50k miles on my 2018 3 looked much worse... far too much carbon build up on these cars.
