Corn Flour: 50 G.
Salt : 1/4 Tsp.
Chicken Eggs : 2
Bread Crumbs
Cooking Oil
*TIPS*
* Peel the Eggplant and cut it into long sticks (still keeping the stem)
* Stir in 2 Eggs and corn starch.
* Dip the eggplant in the egg and corn starch mixture
* Then use Bread crumbs to evenly cover the eggplant skin
* Fry with cooking oil at 140°C.
* Fry 5 minutes.
(Using cornstarch instead of flour will make eggplant crispy when fried)
