I feel like it really depends. My personal opinion though, It's not really worth it. Yes the skin looks cool, and yes you will have one of the rarest skins in games but I don't think I would go out of my way and go on a really long grind just to get it. I personally would rather just be patient and wait until I have enough wins to get it. If your close to getting it I'd say go ahead and get it. But if your kinda farther away from getting it I'd say be patient and just wait. Like I said before it isn't really my personal preference, the design is okay and the animation is cool. But I'd much rather wait for more bundles and skins to come out, rather than just grinding for this one. SHORT ANSWER: If your close yes, if your not no. If you like it enough than yes.
