Sourcing tips - Don't expect to you to reveal all your trade secrets but tips on what to focus on and what to look for when it comes to sourcing would be good! - Holidays - How do you cope when you need to take a break from the business? Can it have a big impact on your sales? Do you get someone in to ship stuff when you go away?
