You say easy but wont do it on normal taming speed so we actually know how much it will take to tame 🙄
Don’t use flak you’ll get more damage use chitin like the dragon boss it will do less damage
No mention on the mechanics of keeping the taming effectiveness up at 100. The video only mentions what buttons to click but no detail on the actual mechanics of the effectiveness.
A bit of a rip I found out last night DO NOT USE ARROW if it’s hit with a arrow the arrow burn up and don’t do damage it has flame shield so arrows won’t do anything so use a gun or something else that’s not made of wood

Does it only work with wild tames or can you bring babies and unclaim and kill
Im mostly wondering how you can get a full 100% or near 100% on one of Pyromane's and can you knock out a tanky wild dino to tame it or will it need to be awake
If this helps, I use a fire wyvern (immune to fire damage) to pick the kitty up and drop it in the water location I want to tame it in. You can also use a large knocked out dino(s) to tame kitty. Basically staging your tame area to make it easier.
the fire wyvern is not immune to the money cat fire
Easy my a.s tryed to tame a 135 for over 2hours cause servers are 70/70 and there are like no wilds 😂😂

i hear easy. but i also have not come across a single creator who did this without gcm. so. in the 4 hrs i spent taming these things. its near impossible without getting oneshot of your mount

How do you disable the cool down timer after it kicks you off
not crazy about the way they released the new Dino. If it was a premium mod I’d be ok with it. But they put it in the map but only people that pay can get it. They are approaching a pay to win model that I don’t like. What’s to say they won’t start charging per Dino or say now to tame rexes you have to buy the saddle or here buy this ascendant blue print that you can’t get unless bought….
Sad part, they are not alone. Gta is the same way.
I'm having issues with this. I can't seem to find any creatures fast enough, and then it kicks me off its back and i can't figure out how to get back on without killing it. All the tutorials do is show successful attempts, not unsuccessful and how to fix it.
If it kicks you off, you have a five minute cooldown before you can try again.
How to add the keybind to tame this?
I bought the DLC and i’ve been looking for one for hours yet none have spawned can anyone help?

RT/R2 is bite (obviously) LT/L2 is flame dash. RB, LT/ R1 L2 is flame absorb
so RB,LT isn't working with RB you change to first/third person 😐
Good luck finding enough dinos to kill on official servers.
lol when u take no damage and u can’t outrun these things. With the accompanying carcos isn’t a easy tame at all

Please take it as gentle feedback, I will enjoy more seeing you doing it with a normal setup, maybe different methods and please no commands. Yoooo ! Someone, I got this thing to 100percent on a decent stat 145 and needed to activate flame boost on Xbox. Tired almost every button combo ….. halp please. ??
It should tell you the controls on the right side of the screen, it’s not really clear about it but you have to hold rb for about a second or two before pressing the other button, from what I can tell it’s like that for all the multi bind commands

@@kinja9816 spam R1 and R2 together. Thats what I do when the taming bar is at 100% and It works
L2 for the flame absorb.

No it doesn't
I find them mainly on the beaches or deep inland. Obviously it’ll be easier on the beaches though lol

Free dlc, paid tame. They make you pay for it in the middle of trying to mount it the first time. You will die. So do it on a low level with some stuff you don't mind losing.

Doesn’t matter, the put out limited servers out so players will rent servers, while snail employees spawn in tames to sell on discord and facebook
Until when we will pay for more and more and more new dinos, then what the price will rise more and more from 5 to 10 from 10 to 20 And then from 20 to 30 and more and more this is not the game i had over 32k playing hours in ASE. i hope they change that, or other games will take over.

Alex, I don't understand your comment. This is a how to video. As you should know, ark players are extremely resourceful. They will simply build a trap if need be and bingo, you have a new tame. (Assuming you either brought some sacrificial tames along, dropped off wilds in a pen, or attacked roaming creatures.) Eitherway there is nothing in this video which screams "competition"/ "tournament".

This video is only good for understand the taming process, and for people playing in privat server. Try in official server 😂 a pyromane level 135+ can kill your character with 500hp very fast. Burn burn

The taming is easy if you do it on 100x like in video
On 1x official, I tamed a 145 after killing a pack of like 4-5 raptors. It’s kinda insane how easy it is to tame them when you get good RNG with the Dino spawns.
