The PROSECUTION DID NOT prove her case without reasonable doubt!!!!!!!!! Isn’t that what the jurors is suppose to decide???
Higgins and OKeefe got into an altercation in the Alberts' basement because of Higgin's flirtatous texts to Karen seen by John. They fought violently and John may have fallen on the cement floor of the basement or was hit with something, inflicting the horrible laceration on the back of his head that lead to unconsciousness. At some point, Chloe the dog attacked John. The crinimal cops in the basement wanted to protect the Alberts, so they came up with a plan to dump John outside. They carried or dragged him out the basement door and dumped him on the edge of the Alberts' property. I find it hard to believe they wanted him to die but I am not certain about that. They figured someone would find him there and get him to a hospital. I also think Jenn McCabe is sinister enough to develope the whole plan because I believe they had John's phone and saw how many times Kaewb ttempted to reach him. When Jenn heard Karen say " Did I hit him, I hit him, etc." that is when framing Karen came into fruition. Jenn also did a search "hos long to die in the cold" because they were certainly aware hypothermia could kill. Still, they all left John there to die while butt dialing each other, etc., etc., etc. Insanely stupid, lying criminal cops!!!I pray the FBI can charge somebody else with John's death. His family deserves justice for him as well as the children in his care. Canton cops seem to be so corrupt with many willing to put their livlihood and integrity on the line.

First of all you need to go back and rewatch this trial, John O’Keefe never entered that house. We know this because of his cell phone and because people were texting and calling him from inside the house, asking him when he was going to come in the house also the dog did not attack John. We know this because his cuts did not have any dog/ animal DNA in them, if you’re so sure that John O’Keefe was attacked keep in mind he was 6‘2“ tall and well over 210 pounds and he didn’t have any defensive wounds?? He didn’t have anyone else’s DNA on his Body. Come on now. That theory is comical.
The only plausible person who could’ve committed this crime is Karen. She has more than enough evidence against her and she has lied consistently about what she did on the early morning of January 29.
The fact that she said she left him at the waterfall that was a lie the fact that she said she watched him walk in the house that was a lie the fact that she said she broke her tail light when she backed out of his garage at 5 AM on January 29 that was a lie !!
John and her had been fighting for months and she suspected him of cheating on her, did you even listen to her voicemail? She was full of rage saying how much she hated him.
The fact is her SUV computer tracked her entire movements of January 29, that computer didn’t lie !!!
Steadily hoping for the strongest of convictions against her it’s what she deserves and it’s what Officer John O’Keefe and his family deserves as well !!!
@@Liljodi let's see they didn't even collect the evidence correctly they used red solo cups and nothing sterile like you are supposed and it wasn't even stored correctly so ya you wouldn't find the alberts DNA on him and anybody that has been bitten by a dog knows those are dog bites and not from getting hit with a car and how do you say that was a lie that she broke her taillight backing into the car you can see the tires of the other car move when she backed into the car and the dude was found 30 feet from the street and any reasonable person knows that they were trying to make sure the phone wasn't in the house anymore and were looking for it

@dianer1478 I love how this one genius is claiming no dog DNA or no one's let's see they didn't collect the DNA correctly or store it correctly and used red solo cups to store and no chain of custody on evidence that's why there was no dog DNA collected if they would of done it correctly there would of been DNA from everybody in the house and is that one guy really trying to say Karen read didn't back into a car in that driveway and crack the brake light when we all saw the tires for the car she backed into move and any reasonable person knows why alberts destroyed his phone
Crime reconstruction experts proved scientifically that the guy wasn't hit by a vehicle. She's innocent.

Her body language show is all. She’s not in tear or shaking in the interview. Someone who care and love in the interview cried about it. Everything was setup and crime of murder. I love how the prosecutor started his closing arguments with his colleagues actions and texts are not excusable, however has their been any accountability for his colleagues actions,I don't think so.I personally know cop's who cheat on their wives with prostitute s in exchange allow them to commit crime and and not turn them in, for sex and trust me the justice system is so corrupt it's scary
Funny how they find that tail light cover on top of the snow days later when supposedly it was snowing heavily during & after the time he was supposedly hit.

I'm not understanding how can John get blunt force trauma to his head by impact of her bumper? Are they claiming he bent down when she reversed to hit him? I don't think she did it premeditated. I think it was a tragic accident. Prosecution is o er charging. She should be charged with vehicular manslaughter. That's the only thing that makes any sense. Both prosecution and defense are reaching

Since the injuries could not have happened by an SUV strike, conspiracy is the only other option. It is not every witness. 5 people in on the actual murder cover up. The rest repeating a narrative they were given by people they know and trust.

Next time try watching the trial, this poor guy was not hit by Karen Read's car, he was beaten in the basement of the home then they dumped his body outside, one of the women not Karen Read that was still at the house even did a search how long to die in the cold around 2:30 in the morning yet they claim they did not discover the body until some time after 6:00 AM and were was the blood from serious head wound? No blood in the snow for such a serious head wound and head wounds bleed a lot. Further the owner of the house who is likely the one who beat O'Keefe to death in my opinion redid the floors to the basement and then sold the house, it is suspected O'Keefe was beaten in the basement, and how about those involved all deleting their texts and emails on there cell phones and cell phones being destroyed and replaced. There was data recovered on the phones they could get their hands on that these people did not destroy.

Thankfully the FBI is investigating the criminals running this town and provided the court with evidence and expert witnesses that destroy the prosecutions ‘pirouette’ theory. Hopefully the jury has not been intimidated and will come to a truthful finding.
I don't think she did it and I think she is being framed because clearly the impact of a car hitting that body is not consistent to the dog bites that he has on him or any others injuries
I'm still on the fence whether she did it or not. But I do know there is plenty of reasonable doubt to find her not guilty. That's why I don't understand why they are still in deliberation. If the jury understands what reasonable doubt means. Then they should have came back not guilty. I think it needs to be explained to the jury again in detail.

Why would he be at the back of her vehicle, tho? How fast did she reverse? Where was the car parked? They were not married so she could have walked away from the relationship........this setup sounds dodgy and the boyfriend's injuries don't match a taillight bumping......Someone could have broken the tail light, hoping the owner could be blamed... Alcohol blinds one's recollection of incidents that accurate so does anyone really know what they all were doing and where everyone was at all times while John was in the house.... Friends stick together to protect one another and throughout the questioning,, that she is the chosen one......Perhaps these wonderful loving friends were jealous of John..just a thought! I hope the right people are held accountable for the loss of this young man's life...I pray the jury is accurate with their verdict as this is not as clear-cut as it seems.....
I'm shocked the DA Lally pursued this case. I'm not sure if he was under intense pressure from the cops, or he is just that stupid. I would think he isn't that stupid if he's intelligent enough to be an attorney, so I'll go with heavy pressure from the cops.

The fact that people think John O’Keefe was attacked in the house at 34 Fairview is almost comical. This man was 6’2” tall and well over 210 pounds he had no defensive wounds, he had no DNA on his body.

she said she left John at the waterfall restaurant because they had a fight, that was a lie. She said that she dropped him off at 34 Fairview and watched him walk in the house, but that was a lie because the people that were in that house were texting and calling John.
The fact that her cell phone and her SUV computer tracked every movement she made, the computer said that she was going in reverse at 24 miles an hour and struck a pedestrian, that pedestrian was John O’Keefe!
Karen had been fighting with John for months before she committed this crime, she suspected him of cheating on her ,.. and let’s discuss her character she didn’t want anything to do with his children. She made that clear, she was full of rage on the early morning of January 29 when she said she hated him… she called him a pervert.
Let me add that she sat in that courtroom day after day, smiling and smirking, and just about laughing in front of John O’Keefe’s family that speaks volumes to her character!!

Ok what I don't understand is based on John's phone GPS they say that he last moved a little bit after 12:30 but yet supposedly Jen McCabe was calling John's phone trying to look for it because it was supposedly lost in the house if it was on and lost in the house when they found it it would have moved again cuz they are saying that they placed it under him when they put him outside I honestly really was believing the framed Theory but this question pretty much stands out to me because based on all the evidence that the defense has said then it wouldn't make sense that his phone's last movement was just after 12:30 unless Karen hit him Maybe by accident and didn't even know she did but otherwise that phone would have had to move again later on when they were supposedly looking for it and it was lost in the house
That was odd in my mind too. But I just can’t get past the medical and scientific evidence. His injuries were not consistent with being hit by an suv. You can’t fake or change medical facts and physics facts! Not guilty.

I’m guessing you didn’t watch the trial. It’s very clear to those that actually did that she is innocent. It was scientifically proven by incredibly qualified (unlike the state) expert witnesses that she did not hit him with her car.
