Definitely the River's Edge. Between it having my favorite animals (Rhinos and Hippos), finally seeing a Sun Bear again, and the overall immersive design, it was easy to love that area.
@@DereksZooVideos0118 from what I've seen rivers edge looks the best so I agree. It's a super creative concept with great habitats. I heard good things about the herpatarium too. How good was it?
Nice video! I love the St. Louis Zoo!
Thank you!
I love your videos! Out of all the exhibits in the Historic Hill, which one was your favorite?
Tough choice between the Herpetarium and the Bird House, but I think I enjoyed the Herpetarium slightly more.
@@DereksZooVideos0118 That’s great. For my interpretation of the Cypress Swamp, I might do it as a two in one with the Bird House.
Also, to address the elephant in the room, st louis did have a "zoo" of it's own during the 1904 world fair. (If you know you know)
Yeah😅 I didn't feel I could properly address that without derailing the focus of the tour too much.
@@DereksZooVideos0118 I don't blame you for not wanting to dampen the mood of course. But it is something more people should know about.
Another great video 👍 What was your favorite exhibit at st Louis?

@@Ywabag I really enjoyed the Herpetarium. Definitely among the better Reptile buildings I've seen.
