  • I'm thrilled to celebrate Indian Independence Day with a sweet treat that's close to my heart. Since tapioca is easily available in Kerala, India, where I'm residing now with my husband's family, I chose to make "Pichi Pichi" as a surprise treat for my loved ones.
    "Pichi-pichi" is a traditional Filipino dessert made from tapioca, water, and sugar, molded into small, chewy balls.
