It's not disturbing if you've ever lived the "urban" life, it's a casual day in the life of certain people, and the things discussed are very real for some people. I honestly do love this song, because of its straight honesty and twisted sarcasm. That doesn't make me a "psychopath" that makes me see what truly goes on in the lives of some people.
