Nice work! I find an impact screwdriver best for removing float bowl screws. Observant viewers will notice you drove idle/air screws in 1st to count turns before removing so that you can return them to their correct initial position upon reinstalling 👍
The choke cable wasn’t in its correct place on the lever, that why I took it apart. If you want to just remove the carbs, you don’t need to do anything at the handlebars.

but didn't remove the old o-rings. The screw is set up with spring, washer then an o-ring, check IPC
that's A LOT of work to remove the carb.. holy shit! Also have to mess with the handle bars? lol
