I m with you concerning this issue Pete. If 50 or 70 men will be living in this building ,they must have family , wives ,children ,friends that could be visiting them and possibly staying there at times! Not necessarily. They put women in a small town , men in another small town and families in another. They don't all come as families. Pete is upset bc it's 70 foreign Men two doors down from his wife and girl.

I agree with you Pete on the zoning. I've been a real estate broker for 40 years and one thing that I know is zoning is there to protect property owners especially in a residential neighborhood. I would not agree to have transient men or even homeless who knows what their criminal record is and why don't the farmers set up some temporary living quarters for seasonal workers. You can't even have a sex offender in a neighborhood near a school much less homes with children. You were right to stand up for your neighborhood, home owners and parents as well. Go for it. You're a cool, wonderful gem of a person. We love you. Don't forget Christmas and cookies. Love to you and Jackie and Sadie. PS I love the podcast with you and Sebastian alone. We get more of your opinions which I love and usually agree with.

My father in law, at his mom's funeral. Got up when the preacher was telling us how amazing she was, and walked up to the front, looked in the casket a little confused. The preacher asked if he was OK. He said I thought I was at the wrong funeral for a second. My husband had told me how mean she was to his dad. So I tried nor to laugh.
It's been awhile but I must say I love just you having you sharing your thoughts and opinions. I was impressed with each guest Sebastian and Pete you both did a fabulous job on asking great questions to each and every guest there was never a dull moment. All your guests seemed so at home . Pete and Sebastian the secret ingredient in the way you interview your guests is that you treat each and every guest like family . Just like both of you love being Italian and I LOVE being Mexican. Re bees: From experience, depending on size of nests, if you accidentally disturb one of those underground bee hive nests, whollychit it's aweful. If allergic, it's a hospital trip.

Pete was so busy destroying the mic-hilarious after he “joked” about being able to “use one of these”-that I’d be amazed if anyone actually heard what he had to say! Nor did he help his cause by (2 or 3 times) declaring that he was “speaking for everyone”. . . If that were really the case, then he should have presented the Board with a Petition, signed by everyone who sent him as their Representative. Next time, Pete, just SPEAK FOR YOURSELF : Calmly and rationally, like the professional public speaker you are.

Anyone else feel like the cast sadly has an expiration date? Dynamic feels tense.. Sebastian was never tolerant but his success has created a new level of intolerance- see his last special on Lana and his unspoken judging of Pete.. when the cast started these 2 were at the same level struggling comedians trying to make it.. seb made it big time, Pete didn’t (at least in comparison to Seb).. Pete going to Vegas and avoiding Sebastian is a big red flag.. and more then that the connection between these two is gone.. it’s more like Pete is walking on egg shells around Sebastian.. when Sebastian fired Pete’s boy DJ Lou for the worthless Patrick and decided to really monetize the Cast created a sooner or later expiration date imo.. sadly it’s just better for me at least to go listen to the old ones.. guest or no guests the magic is gone

hey pete just so you know when a mail carrier warns you about a potential saftey hazard on your property which he/she has legal right to enter, and later becomes a issue which you did not resolve you can be held liable.. EXAMPLE : lady mail carrier sues homeowner being stung 23 times on porch on way to mailbox which home owner was informed about but neglected won 25k$ in medical expenses...

That mailman doesn’t have to deliver your mail because of those bees. 🐝 (At least that’s how it works around here.) 😂 You get a note on your door or in your mailbox of why your mail is not deliverable or they stop delivering without notice. 🤷🏼♀️
I think Pete was just worried about these 70+ strangers moving into his neighborhood. That would bother any normal person subconsciously, especially if you’ve got a family to protect. The cast is always great with Pete and Seb cuttin up. Guests are cool, but OG style is the best IMO.
