Wheel Diameter: Currently set at 11 (while it's actually 10 inches, significantly impacting the top speed). System Voltage: Set at 55 (while it's a 52-Volt system). Motor Pole?: Set at 30 (I'm unsure of its meaning; could you provide more information?). Gate out?: What does it correspond to? In the Assist Parameter section: Speed Limit: Ranges from 1 to 100% (In Assist 1, even at 100%, the speed doesn't exceed 12 km/h. Why?). EABS Level: Ranges from 1 to 5 (What does it correspond to? The power of the electric brake?). F Start Level: Ranges from 1 to 5 (What does it correspond to?). R Start Level: Ranges from 1 to 5 (Same as above but for reverse; understood). F Current: Ranges from 10 to 50 (Why these numbers? What do they correspond to?). R Current: Ranges from 10 to 50 (Same as above but for reverse; noted). Thank you in advance!

You are quite right, their service is terrible. Really slow to answer questions, sales staff technicians have a bad attitude. I regret buying it. My rear brake disc failed and no one bothered me for half a month.
The fact they never responded to any of comment on their uploaded videos tells enough. I ordered it. Should be here next week. But took it in local shop. So everything what will go wrong, i will address with them. Have heard nothing, but bad about their customer service.

I got mine today. The bluetooth doesn't find the scooter and the accelerator button is not working. Tomorrow taking it to service. Considering it's chinese it kinda makes sense it won't work out of the box ;) but really... every product that costs this much should be tested.
@@Alexestpersonne the problem was limiter. After we cut the wire it works without pushing. After using it for 2 weeks on vacation I'd say accelerating can't be fine tuned. The best I've found was if you change starting for front to 1 and back to 2. This would allow smooth start. The problem with this is that sometimes scooter will emit weird noises. In any other mode (if you have both wheels 2, 3, 4 or 5) the accelerating kick is too big no matter how much you press the handle. Next problem is braking. It doesn't have regenerative braking and you can't smootly brake down the slope. No matter how gently you press it will overbrake (probably braking pads change angle). You also need to lean backwards really hard. I am not sure but after driving this down to the beach 5 times a day I think I burned 50% of the pads in 2 weeks. Would be better if it had regenerative braking or motor braking with sacrificial heaters somewhere where excess energy would be sent. This would save the braking pads. Next is cruise control. For what reason is cruise control accelerating to maximum speed of the gear? Why not stay at the current speed? Next is speed... many times it shows 0. Rod lights - you can actually move them by pulling the cable a bit so they're not independently attached. That's the reason why on one side they're not working. Anyway the idea of this kind of scooter is good, but the execution is bad. They should work on this details.
