They never expire nor do the items in the shop. They'll gradually add more and more seasonal heroes to it as time progresses. It's basically a time gated version of the dream realm shop but for heroes released after the starter story.
It's just the shop reset/refresh timer every 30 days. :) It's the same for all shops in the Emporium with a limited amount of copies to purchase (e.g. Dream Realm, Guild, Arena and Season Store). The only thing this is important for is building-up specific heroes. Let's say you want to build-up your Hewynn from the Arena Store. You need 6 copies to bring her from Supreme+ to Paragon 1, but you can only buy 2 copies every 30 days. You should/need to buy the copies before the timer runs out in this case. Same goes for the Dream Store: You can only buy 15 copies per character per month. So let's say you want to build up Seth for Ravaged Realm, but yours is still sitting at Mythic. You need 32 copies to Supreme+, so you could buy 2x 15 copies (today and tomorrow) and just pull 2 copies via the regular wishlist. :) Usually it's best to spend all those tokens for the most meta characters only. And Dream Realm currency mostly on Wilder heroes, since those have a lot of competition when it comes to their wishlist. But since none of those tokens expire and the new season is starting quite soon, this would also be a good time to wait and save-up all tokens and currencies to see if they add new heroes to the shops next season. :)
Not impressed at all for this next season, they didnt learn from previous ones. Servers going to die out even quicker. Serber Merges need to happen asap.
