The Olympics don't need marketing . It's the fuckin Olympics. It's a full buffet of sporting events for a WORLD audience not for damn Wnba interests . The dream team didn't put Laetner on the team for marketing . Global Fans wanted to see the Jordan, Barkley, Magic, and other accomplished Pro Superstars . Not one person said , I'm only watching because they have Laetner .

This is not true at all. Kobe was at the game to see Taurasi become scoring champion, he did a Detail episode on Napheesa Collier, he met Arike on Ellen , he trained Hailey Van Lith, and Sabrina Ionescu, etc. Kobe really had love for the women's game.

They were going to make a profit this year, but they decided to spend 25 million this year for chartered flights.
