Love your ideas! I too gather all my goodies as inspiration and let creativity take over. To answer your question on having to have everything "match" a timeline, for me, I find it difficult to have go together perfectly. I give myself brain strain when I do that and then I get overwhelmed and don't do anything! So if the freezer billhead looks good (which I think it does) use it!
