- In my previous video-tip, I shared the bad news about mouthwash and how it can elevate blood pressure and increase cardiovascular risk by killing off good oral bacteria. Today, I want to share a super healthy and highly effective way to freshen breath and reduce bad breath: Fresh ginger.
