Nice... Years ago I used to build VMware ESXi clusters on top of VMware ESXi which was loaded on a bare metal server. Allowed me to run all sorts of VMware labs on a single physical server. Performance of the cluster was limited but allowed me to lab up all sorts of stuff for learning purposes.

This is kind of the only way you can sort out VMs with boot failure errors in Azure. A bit cumbersome, but it works.
