You know the video's an absolute banger when the 2nd raid happens and there's still 20 minutes left in the video
You guys should set up a really complex decoy base. I don’t play rust but if there’s any traps that can kill them all at once, they seem to group up a lot so it might work.
Thought abt it aswell, mby have turrets behind garage doors outside of the base. But their base was def their downfall in the video. Too predictable for the raiders and bad mobility/ peaks
I have built on icebergs a lot and one big advantage is being able to be warm. Wearing full metal armor makes you take cold damage. Especially when wet. Install or campfires. They die to being wet and cold. Squirt guns bec9me very useful, no joke
@@ppp-je7rg it’s litteraly one of the most efficient base design in the game if you paid any attention you would of realised he did say that they had no time to finish the 4b4 fully and the last base had no space to be built they were just looking to be raided
it wouldn't matter if they had 4 bases honestly that zerg was just gonna raid anything that wasn't their base is what seems to be.
@@MaxUgly if you find an iceberg that's "Technically in the grass land" you don't freeze even in full metal. I'm not sure what portion of the island needs to be in the grass biome, but you can live on an iceberg log off in full metal and not freeze to death.
The group who raided you multiple times was lead by the german streamer Oilrats who had a cummunity wipe with his viewers, they had diffrent teams for Oil, Labs, Farm, etc. In the beginning they were 70 deep if i remember correctly. There were also alot of unexperienced players along with him which made it really hard to raid , hold monuments when they were out of team limit. GGs.

Me and my mate once had an iceberg base it was close to harbor and right under the iceberg there was an underwater lab so what we were able to do was just dive down get 400 scrap come back up and go recycle at harbor
it was one of my favourite wipes farming was a nightmare tho

@@Laacceeyyy cut em a small break they were just trying to have fun. Their tactics may have been unbecoming of sportsmen but in this game the only fair play is turnabout. What matters is how you play.
A good "against all odds" raid defense is an adrenaline rush like no other and on the bright side you can hear in tesla's voice that he was feeling that rush.
