It seems to me, but I may be wrong but the fellas putting the stickers on the pole just left the backing paper on the ground. Also why go to the bother of red concrete when they could have just painted the road red, seems like it would be a cheaper and quicker option.
yeah pretty sure they didn't pickup their trash either, shame on them. As for the concrete they just add red pigment to the mix and its mixed in thoroughly so it'll always stay red, if they just paint it they'd have to come back once a year or whatever and repaint, pigments in the mix i'd think would last forever
It’s just the same concrete, just an other color. That way it is easy to see what is the bus lane. In the Netherlands all bicycle lanes are red asphalt!

The odd coloured window at the top left corner is driving me OCD - mad
I still find the windows of the lower part of the building so odd with the mixture of windows and the panels, it just looks bad I think.

What lens are you using at 35:42? Seems to have a very narrow focal range... Or is this due to aspect correction?
That effect was added by software later -- actually nothing to do with the camera.
