For some reason, it's more common to hear the contraction performed as "s'prit" rather than what we hear here ("spir't"), but I actually think I like this "spir't" better.

I went to his concert in Wigmore Hall in London just before Covid started. He's an amazing singer and also a very witty and relaxed person. The audience was literally enthusiast of his performance.
