Finidi George was an exceptional talent in the 90s in his position. It was strange in the summer of 2001 when he joined recently promoted side Ipswich Town in the Premier League who had qualified sensationally for the UEFA Cup a year before. The Gazelle little time to settle at Portman Road although the season would end in relegation and his eventual departure. He did leave some memories behind in that 01/02 campaign.
